Me and my friends caught them in 2006 between Halifax and The Pink Spiders' sets.

Buddy said see you this summer last night when I saw Senses Fail

Then said oh fuck never mind see you at Rock On The Range

So assuming they’re playing all of Warped and maybe will get added to Cleveland after ROTR

    Somehow I missed this one

According to my spreadsheet they'll have to be on Left Foot though or there will be 11 bands on Right Foot

Yes! I didn't have money to buy their album at Warped (I must've been 14 at the time) and my dad got it for me for Christmas and I was soooo hyped.

I like @Obnobs thing of doing hot takes on bands! Time to clutter this thread with my own! (Though I'll keep it to bands that'll actually be at my dates...)

    JOURNEY'S LEFT

3OH!3 - Douchebags. But hey, I listened to "Don't Trust Me" with everybody else, I'd be down to at least see that.

Black Veil Brides - Not for me. The pseudo-goth/glam/core subgenre of the scene has just never been my thing.

Knuckle Puck - Surprisingly into them. Remember checking them out a few years ago when they started to blow up and just not really clicking with them, but I just checked out their last album and tracks 3-7 are straight fire! Any three of those songs live would be worth it.

Mayday Parade - Heard singles from these guys throughout the years, and I believe I've enjoyed all of them. Don't know why I haven't deep dived into their discography, but I might have to before June. Probably worth it just to see that one dude who sings 'dark' as 'DOOOOOORRRRRKKKK'.

Reel Big Fish - Classic live band. Can't miss.

State Champs - Guy has a great voice, but this band just doesn't click for me.

Taking Back Sunday - Lucking out getting their only day on the tour... Even though I never kept up with them at the height of their popularity! Another band where I've enjoyed every song I've heard, should be fun!

This Wild Life - Saw these guys on the first date of their first ever headlining tour. Had a surprisingly confident command on the stage, especially considering how moody that particular album cycle was. Heard an interview where they said they deliberately want to make a 'summertime' album this year and I have every confidence they'll live up to it.

Waterparks - I'm in love with these guys. Not a fan of every song, but they have big, messy ideas, and when they hit, they hit hard. One of the few pop-punk acts who can incorporate 'electronics' into their songs in a way that feels organic, and their stage presence and humor reminds me of a less crass Blink. And what can I say - I think I have crush on this Awsten dude. Super excited to see them!

Super bummed Bowling for Soup isn't doing any of my dates. I've never had the chance to see them, and joke songs or no, they're actually rock solid songwriters. Sum 41 would've been cool too!

I think I'm going to be spending a lot of time at smaller stages this summer. My only must see main stage acts are Frank Turner, Less Than Jake, Reel Big Fish, and Waterparks. I wouldn't mind catching Four Year Strong and State Champs either, but they aren't priorities.

Last year was similar. My only full main stage sets last year were CKY and Hawthorne Heights. I caught a few songs each from Neck Deep and Beartooth as well.

    My takes

    Journeys Left Foot:
3OH!3 - Really trash neon joke music, but stil something that'd be super fun to see. That one song, "my dick" is a bop.

Asking Alexandria - Fun generic Metalcore, an ex-band member made me see them earlier this year. I love their older anthemic, high-production albums. The new album is okay too.

Black Veil Brides - Fun, catchy faux-rock music. I like their music quite a bit, although their lyrics are cringy af.

Knuckle Puck - Eh, their music is fine. Decent pop-punk, but very samey soundy. Their EPs were okay, but their albuns lack energy imo.

Mayday Parade - I saw them last at my first ever Warped. Decent rock music. A Lesson In Romantics is a great album, and Kids In Love was me and my ex's "song" but since those first few albums they've been doing generic rock, which is pretty hit or miss.

Reel Big Fish - Fun ska-ish music. Nothing special for me. If I got into them eariler maybe I would've been a fan, but I can't justify getting into them.

State Champs - One of the best bands on the "polished" side of pop-punk. Tight songwriting, great vocals and lyrics, catchy and not overly serious. I only got to see the last part of their set in 2016 and was so upset, so I can't wait to see them again.

This Wild Life - I like their music. It can get a but sappy and melodramatic sometimes but it's still fun. Break Me is one of my favorite songs.

Waterparks - Bop after Bop. Awsten Knight is a lyrical genius, and they can perfectly blend genres within a tight pop rock sound. Double Dare was an outstanding album, and while Entertainment didn't even touch it in terms of quality, it's still full of fun songs.

    Journeys Right:
All Time Low - Pop Punk legends, enough said

Four Year Strong - Awesome easycore. Their first album had some bangers, and they got even better over time. I need to dig back into their discography again.

Issues - I LOVE THIS BAND. They way they blend metalcore with pop doesn't sound awkward at all and they put on a killer live show. The Langdon House is in my top 10 songs of all time.

Less Than Jake - Fun Ska Punk. Still can't see myself getting into them, not quite enough lyrical or musical depth for me to call myself a "fan" but of course they're a must-see for the final Warped.

The Maine - Killer Alt-Rock and I loved the last album. Can't wait to see them for the first time this summer.

Movements - I loved seeing their headliner. Daylily is a great song, and they have such great flow.

Real Friends - I like their music more than more of the "rough" pop punk bands, but not that exciting of a band to see live.

Simple Plan - Oof, really cringy lyrics and depthless musicality.

Tonight Alive - Their early albums were fun. Over time they slowly got duller, but there are some good songs on Underworld.

We The Kings - None of their music ever stood out to me, idk what to say.

Well, guess I gotta write my other takes since @Blink182Bouncer decided to be cheeky and CUT IN LINE!! (jk jk jk)

    JOURNEY'S RIGHT

All Time Low: One of the all time great live bands! Not huge on the new music but as far as stage banter goes they are the second coming of Blink. Any throwback tracks on this tour are fine with me.

Four Year Strong: Also a great live band, though I've never gotten to see a full set from them! Hope to remedy that this year.

Issues: Total guilty pleasure band. Revisited "Coma" the other day and it's been stuck in my head since. Only saw them play one song last time they were on Warped, and it was the Pokemon theme. Again, hope to remedy that this year.

The Maine: Just recently finished going through their discography. They started out good but those last two albums were great! Also super impressed with their live show when I was walking by at Warped and heard the singer calling himself a 'greedy fucking piggy!' Again, another band I gotta get a full set out of.

Movements: Finally checked out their album after seeing their name everywhere the last few months. I thought they would be something like Architects or Counterparts. Turns out, it's decent post-emo(ish) rock. "Colorblind" is really good. Might check them out if time permits...

Real Friends: Another band where I only know the singles but have liked pretty much all of them. Seem like they have a cool live vibe too, looking forward to checking them out!

Simple Plan: My favorite band when I was 13. I could be cynical about then twenty (now thirty)somethings writing about distinctly middle school problems, but I've seen them twice and they put on a kick ass live show regardless. "Perfect" is also one of the best daddy issues/'Men Are Allowed To Cry At This Song' songs ever written.

The Used: Another major gap in my scene discography. Only know a song or two from the first two records, which as I understand it is what they mostly play anyways. Will try to check them out.

Tonight Alive: All for more women, but yeah - this does nothing for me. "Drive" is catchy enough.

We the Kings: Yeah, I got nothing. But, they clearly have a loyal audience. Good for them.

Also super bummed that Less Than Jake are not on any of my dates, I think I might be a bigger fan of them than I realized.

Conversely, so glad I am just missing Falling in Reverse hopping on the tour. For obvious reasons.

    Journeys left foot:

3OH!3: I liked my first kiss when I was 13, Not something I’m gonna prioritize but if no one is playing and my group wants to see them, I’ll watch them.

Asking Alexandria: this is a singles band for me, I’ve never actually dug into a whole album but I like a big chunk of the songs they’ve made, some songs have some really bad lyrics though

Bowling for soup: same case as the previous two, only really know select songs and some lyrics are really bad, but If I have time I’ll see them.

Frank turner: discovered they were playing the Scranton date today, something different than what I usually see on warped and I like what I’ve heard from them

The interupters: very fun sounding ska, I’ll try to dig deeper into them

Knuckle puck: one of my favorite pop punk bands. Loved the past couple albums and I’m curious to see what the set list looks like from them as they’ve changed it up everytime I’ve seen them

Mayday parade: love the band, I’ve seen them about 5 times so it’ll depend on what they play, wish they threw more black lines into their sets.

Reel big fish: I’ll see them if there’s time in the day, never really dove into the albums they put out

State champs: always a good time, never fail to deliver a good set for me. I’ll try to see them at atleast one of the dates I’m going to

This wild life: loved seeing them in the clubs, wonder how they’ll translate at warped. Probably a great band to be watching while cooling off

Underoath: very good live, I’m picturing the dates they play having very massive crowds so it should be an awesome time

Waterparks: I cannot escape this band. I like select songs from them and they’re decent live, but I’m just sick of seeing them live.

    Right foot stage:

Falling in reverse: nope, I use to love these guys in high school but there’s no way I’d ever see them intentionally again

Four years strong: never got a chance to see a full set from them, I’ll try to fit them in as they have some bops

Issues: another band I’ve seen countless times, I’m sure they’ll be okay without Michael but that was the nail in the coffin for me when
    he got kicked out

Less than jake: my favorite ska band, always a quality set

The maine: slept on these guys until they released LLL, went back and revisited AC and they are at the top of the list for full tour bands for me.

Movements: seen these guys on accident a few times, each time loving them a little bit more. Really cool to see them on main stage and can’t wait to see daylily live

Real friends: I have a complicated relationship with this band, I’ll definitely see them again if I have time

Simple plan: casual fan of these guys. Catchy throwback jams but there’s nothing groundbreaking about those lyrics. Never had a chance to see them so I’ll seize the opportunity.

Tonight alive: revisited underworld today, I forgot how good they were. I’ll definitely see them at one of the dates I go to.

We the Kings: I could pass honestly, but who knows another band I’ll see if I have time.

  21. Journeys Left Foot:
    3OH!3 - No. Just... no.

Asking Alexandria - I'm pretty indifferent to this band. The only stuff that stuck out to me was the stuff without Danny, haha.

Black Veil Brides - I don't like this band, but the singer just seems like a really good guy. His solo stuff is catchy.

Knuckle Puck - My number one priority this summer. I love this band, and Warped will be my 3rd time.

Mayday Parade - Jamie All Over is a bop.

Reel Big Fish - Not a ska guy.

State Champs - One of the best bands on the tour. Warped will be my fourth time seeing them.

    This Wild Life - Indifferent.

Waterparks - I passionately despise this band. Not to mention the singer is a creep.

    Journeys Right:

Four Year Strong - This band was (and still is) huge for me. This will be my fourth time seeing them.

    Issues - They're okay. Not.

Less Than Jake - They're okay, don't love them.

The Maine - Everything this band touches is golden. Another priority.

Movements - Saw them on the Knuckle Puck tour. Absolutely adore this band.

Real Friends - I'm a fan of these guys, never seen them though.

    Simple Plan - Yikes.

    Tonight Alive - Bland.

We The Kings - Check Yes Juliet. That's literally it.

When I saw them in 2016, they had one of the biggest crowds all day. A lot of people, surprisingly, held onto a lot of the Streets of Gold stuff too from back then.

It's not that I hate them, they just lack a certain ammount of substance, it gives me a headache to try to focus on their music too long.
