Great band all around. I'm just not a fan of their music anymore, which I'm not sure if that says more about me or their change in styles
Anyone got reccs for these bands (1 release only): - Bowling For Soup - The Intterupters - Knuckle Puck - Mayday Parade - State Champs - Tonight Alive - We The Kings
Copacetic and While I Stay Secluded for KP, The Finer Things for SC, and A Lesson In Romantics for Mayday.
I doubt anyone would honestly care if ISMFOF were announced for some Warped dates. People want big names announced. ISMFOF have done nothing but brag about packing 100 cap dive bars since their reunion.
After going through all the bands, this is what I was able to narrow it down to watch or check out. I'd like to waste some of your time and try to narrow it down to 15. Any additional input for any band would be appreciated. J Left Bowling for Soup - love them and wife missed them last year Mayday Parade - never had a chance Reel Big Fish - wife and I enjoy them Waterparks - spotify J Right FIR - wife mostly - like the music not ronnie FYS - 50/50 The Maine - love them live Movements - Really dug the music on spotify Simple Plan - can't miss The Used - wife and I can't miss We the Kings - love them live and nostalgia M Red The Amity Affliction - enjoyed spotify Twiztid - enjoyed spotify Wage War - liquid metal on sirius Ice Nine Kills - never had the chance M White Crown the Empire - only Limitless Motionless - ol' reliable live Dayseeker - spotify Hail the Sun - spotify ETID - Andy Williams Nekrogoblikon - gimmick and music is ok Unearth - can't miss Owly Assuming We Survive - spotify Trashboat - spotify Dead Girls Academy - one awesome song Picturesque - can't miss Palaye Royale - spotify Farewell Winters - spotify Senses Fail (if added for sure)
If Good Charlotte does any dates, I hope they hit some they didn't play in 2016. I'm not holding my breath for anyone else major in Scranton, though. I kinda think Frank Turner is already our special guest. Maybe a Monster band or two, but that's all I expect.
aaa I miss Every Avenue I like the older Mayday Parade stuff, either "A Lesson in Romantics" or "Tales Told by Dead Friends". It has been a long while since I saw them live so I don't know if they will play songs from these albums lol, but I believe Jersey is a staple. I also like the older We The Kings stuff, particularly their self-titled album. Everything after was too pop for me but nevertheless I like a couple from "Smile Kid".
The Interrupters only have 2 albums out now, but check out Take Back the Power, Babylon, a Friend Like Me or By My Side
Bowling For Soup - Drunk Enough To Dance Knuckle Puck - Copacetic Mayday Parade - A Lesson In Romantics State Champs - The Finer Things We The Kings - Self Titled
TA is really a toss up between the other side and what are you so scared of. I would pick the other side.
Bowling for Soup - A Hangover You Don't Deserve The Interrupters - Say It Out Loud Knuckle Puck - Copacetic Mayday Parade - S/T (ALIR is the classic record, Black Lines is really great too but they won't play a lot from it) State Champs - The Finer Things (They'll play more from ATW&B but I like TFT more) Tonight Alive - Underworld We the Kings - S/T
We still have until Friday right? I'm making my way through the stages still to see if there's any sleeper bands that I may be into while also juggling studying for finals.
