Can anyone tell me what the Cuyahoga Falls or Noblesville venues are like? Anything I should know regarding the setup, parking, food, the area, etc?
Has anyone been to the Mountain View venue before? What's it like on an atmosphere level? Is it grass or parking lot?
Cuyahoga Falls venue has an ampitheatre that's typically split in half for two small stages. It can get pretty crowded depending on who's playing. Sometimes when the pit fills up, people crowd up the aisles and jump over seats to try getting in the pit. The top of the lawn has a ton merch tents, but not all of them. The two main stages are next to each other in a big parking lot. The other side stage locations are kind of hard to explain. I'll always recomend buying a map & schedule for 2 bucks as soon as you enter the gates. In terms of getting there, traffic gets pretty backed up on the country roads leading to the venue. Unless you park in VIP parking, you're looking at a one mile max walk to the gates. It's kind of a pain in the ass
Traffic for Warped isn't as bad because people show up all day and not at once I usually get there around 30 mins before doors
Ventura 6/24 1. Motionless in White 2. Black Veil Brides 3. All Time Low 4. Tonight Alive 5. Mayday Parade 6. Taking Back Sunday 7. Ice Nine Kills 8. Crown The Empire 9. Everytime I Die 10. Issues 11. Assuming We Survive 12. Waterparks 13. Kublai Khan That’s about it at the moment
Sharptooth are so rad, musically and performance wise too. Really fun to watch! It’s so cool how Lauren will hop into the crowd all the time.
I don't know if it has changed since I went in either 2009 or 2010 I don't remember which year it was. There was no grass it was all in the parking lot. There was a lot of bleed over in sound between the 3 stages in the parking lot. The small stage was awkwardly placed in the walkway to get to the ampitheater. As for atmosphere, out of all 8 different cities I have been to for warped tour, the year I went to mountain view was by far the busiest I have ever seen it. During sum 41 set you couldent even get into the amphitheater and during all American rejects you coulent get past merch booths to even see them. It took well over an hour to get into the venue. By far the busiest date I have been to, even more busy than the long island date.A lot more calmer atmosphere than the northeast dates but not as calm as the south eastern dates as weird as that sounds .
VA Beach 7/12 1. Bowling For Soup 2. Knuckle Puck 3. Grayscale 4. The Maine 5. Mayday Parade 6. Four Year Strong 7. Reel Big Fish 8. Broadside 9. State Champs 10. Simple Plan 11. As It Is 12. Trash Boat 13. Tonight Alive 14. Waterparks 15. 3Oh!3 I might also do the Columbia, MD date, which would slap Less Than Jake somewhere in my top 5
Guitarist of I Set My Friends On Fire posted this. I don't think this means anything but I'd love to see ISMFOF on the tour
I'm jealous of anyone going to the Detroit or Cincinnati show. They're totally gonna do one last Silvertooth set and I'm so really wishing I could see that.
Thanks for the info. Likely going to take an Uber in, so I should be fine with parking. Do you remember which stages were in the amitheater?
Usually they only put a main stage in the amphitheater if there’s a possibility of rain so that way they don’t have to cancel a main stage bands set.
Aha! Confirmed! Jasta mentioned on his podcast a while ago that they were negotiating with Kevin to play those two dates
It’d make sense if ISMFOF were added after their headliner is over. I wish hatebreed were on the full tour again!
