Wage War is really by the numbers metalcore, but their live show is pretty good. Worth checking out even if you aren't totally sold on them
Yeah I didn’t like wage war that much until I saw them live, they were very entertaining at self help

Them and I Prevail, good god. Also, I've been on the State Champs hype train since before they were even announced. Can't wait for their new record to blow up and they get huge.
So I went through the Left Foot stage for the MN date (listened to at least 1-3 songs for each artist and if I liked them, all of their albums): - 3oh!3: Pop music that sounds generic to me. I don't get why they are "Warped" music, other than being a bit of a throwback - Asking Alexandria: I've listened to this band for awhile and seen them 6 times and plan on seeing them again before Warped. That said, I'm only a fan of SUAS and their newest release. Their setlists can be pretty hit and miss for me, but they are usually good. I'll check em out. - The Interrupters: I'm not a fan of their take on ska. I don't like the singer and it's not fast/upbeat/heavy enough for me. Still cool they are on the mainstage imo. - Knuckle Puck: I like sad pop punk but this band seems a bit bland. I still dig them but I'll likely skip them. Maybe they'll grow on me more. - Mayday Parade: Really boring imo. Then again, I don't like 00s pop punk in general. - Reel Big Fish: I've seen this band like three times but I've kinda grew out of them. Their output is pretty hit and miss imo but they've been good every time I've seen them. Probably going to get skipped for but worth seeing imo. - State Champs: Pretty generic imo. Maybe they'll grow on me more. I got pretty sick of them after listening to both albums. - This Wild Life: Fine, but good god I don't want to listen to an entire album or set of acoustic music. - Waterparks: I don't get the hype. They have a good singer but the instrumentals feel kinda bland. I do like the electronic elements but really forgettable for me.
Try listening to Copacetic by Knuckle Puck and the previous EP's. I'm going to guess that Spotify or YouTube (or whatever you used) gave you more stuff from Shapeshifter. While Shapeshifter is good, Copacetic is leagues above it in my opinion. State Champs took forever to grow on me (I even saw them once and it still didn't hit) and then one day I realized that ATWAB is one of the catchiest albums to be put out in the genre in the past 5 years.
I listened to both their LPs. Felt pretty bland to me. I'll wait to see what their setlist is like this summer.
imo their EPs were their only really good music, then after that their fanbase was all emo kids who couldn't tell the difference once they started writing the same song over and over again
Crowd killing sucks, but it’s not as bad as people who jump off of stages while trying to stomp on heads
Really wish there wasn't barricades at Warped. It's not the same seeing 4YS unless you can stage dive
People who do flips off of the stage are the worst kind of people and there's no way you can change my mind.
Mainly it’s a joke. I hate crowdkillers. But it would be funny to see that shit to Katy Perry. I’ll agree with darkest though. People who flip are dick bags.
