ETID is closing the monster stages. Definitely well deserved.

 

Think way more pop punk, a weird tour for sure.

 

If it weren’t for the semi-fake 2017 leak, I would’ve never found this place and joined and stuck around. I’m so happy I was able to find an online community that shares my nerdiness of bands and tours.

As for Warped, I started going in 2011 just because I wanted to see ADTR in 2011. Then I still kept going to see bands I loved, and as I got older, “seeing bands I love” turned into “seeing bands I loved when I was younger” and still discovering new bands too.

I’ve had so many amazing memories at Warped. From MC Lars pulling me up on stage to skank during This Gigantic Robot Kills in 2013, to seeing Linkin Park play ghee infamous surprise performance at the Ventura date in 2014, to meeting Less Than Jake and getting to nerd out to Roger about his Allroy tattoo, to meeting New Found Glory and Chad telling me he remembered me from the crowd and loved my enthusiasm, the list goes on...

I’m gonna miss this so much. But, as Blink 182 said: I guess this is growing up...

Making people decide Less Than Jake and Every Time I Die today is just rude, tbh.

 

It would’ve been great to be there today just to say you were at the last Warped Tour date ever, but schedule-wise, today would’ve sucked conflict-wise. Simple Plan/Senses Fail, NFG/ABR, RBF/Twiztid, and of course, LTJ/ETID...

He did the last three for Florida. His band PVMNTS is also playing Full Sail those dates.

 

I’m gonna miss you guys! I’m glad Pennywise is closing the final show, it’ll be fun to see whatever is set for the future of Warped Tour or anything that comes close to take its place

 

I wonder if we’re going to get 7+ different tours to go to next summer or if another festival tour will take Warped’s place
