I’m guessing AOF as well. He said it was a reunion, and Billy Talent have never broken up but Alexisonfire has a few times (even though they’re together now)
Yeah it’s possoble when he booked them they were on hiatus even though they’ve played a couple shows recently
It would make sense for it to be them but I would be so bummed. With a few dates notice, I would have been able to pull it off.
Criminally underrated band. I saw them at the ‘08 (or 07, can’t remember) warped tour and there were only about 20 people watching them. Happy they’re back!
I guess I shouldnt have hyped myself up to see Billy Talent or Alexisonfire on there. A little bit of a let down
Well a lot of the day-of announcements have been big bands, like Blink 182 or the rumors for Fall out Boy so you never know
After how hot and abysmal Nashville was, I honestly have no desire to go to Atlanta. Atlanta will be just as hot if not hotter than Nashville and it rains almost every day in Atlanta. After going almost every year since 2011, I'm just too old to stand in the southern summer heat for 8+ hours on asphalt. Warped Tour, it's been fun but I'm glad I went out this way as opposed to wanting to more.
Lol I felt so old at the Hartford date when I was trying to get down to the pit of the theater and all my friends were like “why don’t we just sit in the back of the theater?” Part of the appeal of Warped for me was definitely trying to recapture that nostalgic rebellious feeling. Probably a good thing it’s ending.
Toronto! 11:30 - Issues 12:00 - This Wild Life 12:30 - Grayscale (conflict w/ The Amity Affliction and Mayday Parade) 1:00 - Real Friends 1:30 - Waterparks 1:50 - Broadside (late, conflict w/ Motionless in White and The Maine) 2:30 - Knuckle Puck 3:10 - Chase Atlantic (conflict w/ Four Year Strong) 3:50 - As It Is (conflict w/ Silverstein) 4:30 - State Champs (conflict w/ Sleep On It) 5:10 - Trash Boat 6:00 - Movements 6:40 - Ice Nine Kills 7:10 - Don Broco (conflict w/ R I L E Y) 7:50 - With Confidence Honestly that As It Is/Silverstein conflict would cause me a literal anxiety attack on-scene. My two favorite bands conflicting would be too much.
That Toronto schedule works so much better for me than Pittsburgh. Ugh. 12:00 - Unearth 12:30 - Amity Affliction 1:00 - Real Friends (conflict w/ Dayseeker) 1:30 - Broadside 2:00 - take a break 2:30 - Knuckle Puck 3:00 - Harm's Way (conflict w/ Four Year Strong) 3:30 - Silverstein 4:00 - Senses Fail 4:30 - State Champs (conflict w/ Kublai Khan) 5:00 - Trash Boat 5:30 - Mychildren Mybride 6:00 - ETID / Movements (no clue what I would do here) 6:30 - Sum 41 7:00 - take a break 7:40 - Reel Big Fish (conflict w/ Sharptooth) 8:10 - Simple Plan 8:40 - Underoath Ugh. This is so much better than what I got.
Damn Toronto has such a stacked day. Real Friends, Knuckle Puck, Four Year Strong, Senses Fail, Every Time I Die, Sum 41, Simple Plan, Underoath. Jealous of everyone going!
Officially bought my ticket for Tampa! I didn't think I'd be going back to Warped Tour ever but I am really looking forward to it!
They weren't going to because they played a few miles out of the Twin Cities earlier this year (at Northern Invasion) but then their contract for Northern Invasion ran out, so got added to the MN Date a few weeks ago.
3OH!3, Waterparks, and Reel Big Fish at Henry W. Maier Festival Park (23 Jul 2018) This says no, I want to see them super bad but I live by the Iowa border, it's hella far and expensive to drive up buy tickets and then no sf. Where did u see they are playing? And thanks for helping, I'm old. And missing a few cells from years of..... let's call it down time....
