Something similar happened in Houston a few years ago. They moved the entire show inside the arena and then it wound up not even raining.
I honestly think there will be as many as 4-8 dates next year. Just the way the wording has been on all the press and merch at the tour even says the whole last full cross country tour. I think you def could still have some west coast, east coast, one Florida, chicago, and Toronto every year.
gina merch girl for with con will have a nov tour and movements will be oping up a big tour this fall
Pittsburgh! If today was my date: 11:15 - Sleep On It 12:00 - As It Is (conflict with Waterparks/The Maine) 12:40 - Broadside (conflict with Waterparks/Movements) 1:15 - Knuckle Puck (conflict with Trash Boat) 2:15 - Issues 2:40 - Don Broco (Late, conflict w/ Real Friends) 3:20 - Chase Atlantic (conflict with Mayday Parade) 4:15 - State Champs (Leave early) 4:40 - With Confidence 5:20 - Grayscale 6:05 - Senses Fail 6:45 - Four Year Strong 7:25 - Ice Nine Kills 7:55 - Motionless in White THIS WOULD BE THE WORST DAY!!!
I'm so glad today isn't tomorrow because I wouldn't want to risk doors cutting so close to The Maine's set.
I figured they'd just do like a 3 day festival in a popular market like NYC or SoCal and be similar to Riot Fest.
I figure next year they will do a handful of dates (maybe even as many as 10) in areas that consistently sell the most tickets. Next year is the 25th anniversary so I imagine at least something will be done. After that I see them only doing 1 or 2 shows probably in CA and NYC, or just CA. But I know nothing and we'll just have to wait and see. Like others said, the wording of "last full cross country tour" is just too specific for there not be something in the works for next year
So, the last time I was at the tour in Canada was 2011 at Arrow Hall, and they allowed small snacks at entry; is this the case for when it was held at Molson Amp in the past? What about an empty water bottle to fill at the water station inside? Thanks in advance!
People, like... just bring your own water bottles. Seriously. Bring 2 or 3 of your own and then buy another few from stands inside the venue before it gets too crowded (or better yet, bring a Camelbak and have spares at the ready.) Believe me, the inconvenience of lugging all that stuff around will not last for very long, and it vastly outweighs waiting for a turn at the water fountain at 3pm with the sun beating down on you and 2,000 people who are also dying of thirst.
I'm thinking about hitting the Tampa date. I haven't been since either 08 or 09 but I have an interest in a handful of bands and it's a Saturday so why not. I'm excited!
yea I was actually pretty surprised at Holmdel, I brought 2 water bottles, 2 gatorade bottles, and a whole bunch of granola bars and fruit snacks and they were perfectly fine with it
And here I am worrying about bringing an empty water bottle to fill. I'm surprised they didn't have even a limit. Hope this is the case for me tomorrow.
My friend brought one sealed water bottle and one empty one to refill and they took the empty one from him. It just depends on the security guard checking the bag, some are strict and some aren't. Same thing with sunscreen, I heard some people say they brought spray and had it taken away but some people were able to get it in.
I will 100% be at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on Wednesday for my final Warped Tour ever.
