So would bringing like a mini sling backpack with me and even into some pits not look too off? I'm not sure what the balance is between being prepared for the day while still being able to go in a crowd like that, first time going to warped

 

That’s what I always do. Just make sure it’s not too loose/bouncing around too much and you should be fine.

If you're not watching ETID, you're fucking up.

 

I watched ETID for the first time at SLC last weekend...and I don't see why there's all this hype about seeing them? I was indifferent about their set.

 

Get out.

 

I haven't seen them on Warped this year but I've probably seen them live 10 times over the years and they always bring an energy to the stage that very few other acts can match. They're heavier than your average Warped band so maybe their just not as fitting with your particular taste.

 

This is my thing with them. I love watching them from afar or from side stage because their energy is unmatched but I can’t get into the music unfortunately.

 

I was the same way the first time I saw them open for Beartooth a couple years ago. I saw them again last summer opening for taking back Sunday and suddenly “got it”. There’s just something about their live show that’s just enjoyable.

 

Simple Plan played at 2, is that the earliest they've played all tour?

 

I don’t remember which date, but I think they played 1:00 on one date, which kind of surprised me

 

Also, so far, what is the earliest that The Used played? 6:00? 5:00?

 

Simple Plan played at 1:30 once and The Used was like 4:45 if I recall right

I'll be out tomorrow, first one in forever because I'm old, let's all pray ETID plays after 1:30 since that's the only reason I'm really going

 

They’re also listed as doing a DJ set at Emo Nite in Dallas too.

 

There's an emo night after each of the last 3 days if warped. Debating if I want to just never sleep and go to all of them haha
