I have such a love/hate relatinshio with Knuckle Puck. They have some songs I can't stand, and some that are fine but I can only get into them when I'm already in an emotionally hyped up state.
I think Makeout have a potential to be an amazing band but their lyrics are so I credibly cheesy, like “written by a 13 year old” cheesy
Not only am I bummed that MIW isn’t playing any older songs like Devil’s Night or Abigail (or even America since Michael Vampire from Dead Girls Academy is there), but they’re also skipping some of the best songs from Graveyard Shift like Not My Type or Rats. If they weren’t so good live, I’d probably consider skipping them
Take out 570 replace it with Abigail then take out Soft and replace it with Rats then it would be a pretty much perfect set
So update: I decided to stop being stubborn and ignorant and I actually listened to some of the songs they’re playing (570, Soft, etc) and they’re really good. I’m back in for MIW 100%. I just don’t really care for Necessary Evil
Sounds like a vocal rest set, the extreme heat probably inspired those switches as both of those songs hit much lower notes than remedy and criminal
I just wish they weren't wasting a song at a festival on an overly long song like Eternally Yours. Like I get it that it's a single, but it would seem better suited for a headliner or direct support slot.
I seriously hope one of the dates I go to gets Criminal. Frozen is cool, but Criminal is probably top 5 SC songs for me
Criminal sits just behind critical for me as top champs songs. State champs just needs to keep writing more songs that begin with c, it’s working out well for me
It's never been a favorite of mine, tbh. I just think the hook is a little forced, though I do LOVE that chorus.
Anyone have the Unwritten Law setlist by chance, please? (think it was June 22nd or something they played)
According to setlist.fm, for anyone who cares Falling In Reverse - Just Like You - I'm Not A Vampire - Losing My Mind - Losing My LIfe - Fuck You And All Your Friends - Fashionably Late
