I went 2002-2006 and it was such a great set up and you couldn't miss a band and they were always brand new up and coming(then to quickly dropped) band which was somewhat refreshing. I think alot of the fest's downfall was the second stage bands with the exception of the 2/3 headliners on that stage had to pay somewhere of 80k along with being required to do the tour in a bus which was probably 80% of the bands were dropped.
