I'd love to see them, but they have European shows on 7/2, 7/6, and 7/14. So probably nothing more than a couple dates at the beginning or end of the tour at most.
I'd love to see Set it off, We the kings, Falling in reverse, Escape the fate and this wild life this year.
Set It Off did it twice 2015 & 2016, WTK did main stage last year, so did FIR and This Wild Life doesn't like it due to their music.
Moose Blood could end up being the Pvris of 2017, who starts on the Cyclops level stage but later ends up getting promoted to main.
Dashboard definitely isn't too big and would make sense as a nostalgia act. I could see them drawing similarly to someone like New Found Glory or Yellowcard. Have they ever done Warped?
Lol per show, you really think that? Do you realize a venue couldn't even make that money back with ticket sales alone?
Tour guarantee does NOT equal festival / private show / one-off show guarantees. Yes, bands of that caliber really ask that much. You'd be surprised how much bands frequently discussed in these forums ask.
That's definitely not a reliable source, I'll tell you that! You think Taylor swift who sells out 100k stadiums is going to go for that price. Most of them are high numbers on that list because they're based off websites colleges use to book bands! I'll try and find the artical where Sharon Osborn said SOAD gautentee Taylor Swift Booking Agency Booking Taylor Swift For Private & Corporate Events – Contact A Taylor Swift Agent Now ift That's their best guess without talking to her booking agent. Think about some of these bands shows. Taylors last tour had 16 semis x 3 due to having one on another continent plus 20 something buses. Those stage shows mixed with ticket sales doesn't make much profit.
If Carnifex plays I will lose it. They'd easily be the heaviest band since TBDM in 2013 as Carnifex borders the death metal genre. Combine that with other heavy bands supposedly on the tour (Knocked Loose and Hatebreed) it will be a great year.
I'm sorry but I don't believe Slipknot asks for 4 million a show. Like seriously, just think about that for a second. Also that guy is a troll now that I'm reading his other posts.
So based off this (Earnings & Attendance for SLIPKNOT, KORN, SLAYER, MASTODON, LIMP BIZKIT and more - Metal Injection) venues get around 300k in ticket sales from Slipknot.
Pretty sure it's just speculation at this point, just like with about 98% of the bands mentioned in this thread so far.
