That would be an incredible line up. However, blink-182 is in Europe June 9-July 20. Definitely fake.
Seriously how I feel too. Only band that's been in the conversation that sounds interesting to me is Moose Blood.
They may be on half because they were one of the first bands I heard confirmed. Maybe things changed but I feel that fest is fake due to the number of high profile artists It was supposed to be announced two weeks ago
I think that seems like a pretty good possibility. They'll also probably have a new album coming out this year.
The Used, Neck Deep, and As It Is would be a good start. None of the other bands rumored interest me much.
So far I'd be stoked on Dance Gavin Dance, Creeper, A Skylit Drive, Municipal Waste, TSOL, and blessthefall. Not a bad start for me.
Broadside, State Champs, Seaway, Knuckle Puck, The Story So Far, and Neck Deep all have albums coming out this year in he pop-punk world... I think Broadside, Seaway and Neck Deep all play.
State Champs, The Story So Far, and Knuckle Puck played last year and Broadside is opening for Real Friends. Seaway and Neck Deep seem likely.
Braodside would only be able to do the last half if they did it, because Real Friends tour. Knuckle Puck is possible, only if they do main stage though.
The Mayday tour runs until late May, hits every major market and is two months long. There is no way Knucklepuck does the tour.
I know, but Attila also played for 3 years in a row. I don't think it'll happen this year unless they get a main stage offer.
Knuckle Puck has played the full tour on a non-main stage the past two years. The Mayday Parade tour they're on is 52 dates. There's a 1000% chance they don't play. I'd expect a new album late summer/early fall with a headliner.
I feel like we have a problem when I'm more interested in what the reaction to the lineup will be than the lineup itself.
I'm sure it'll be the same reaction every year: a couple people will love it, a lot will like it and the rest will hate it.
Yeah, I've consistently seen "worst Warped lineup EVER!" comments online about every lineup since I started going in 2005 lol
So, with all of these festivals and tours taken into consideration that eliminate bands from the projected line-up, what is a realistic projected line-up now? Anybody have an updated one?
I'd say Memphis May Fire, Blessthefall, and Sylar are all definite locks now with that tour they announced being B-market.
