They've already done a half tour run on those and they destroyed. Definitely not well known here but they do have an insane Japanese fan base here to where they could compeate with a main band
Anything could happen and I thought they were great when I saw them with All Time Low, I just think with the main stages they'll pick bands with a more established "mainstream" following.
Have Mercy, Tiny Moving Parts, Broadside, and nothing, nowhere. are opening for Real Friends so they are all out for Warped. I thought Broadside might come back.
With As It Is not being on the Real Friends headliner, I fully expect them to be on Warped this summer.
Now that CJ has returned to Thy Art Is Murder permanently (at least from what I've been seeing) do we think a full run on Warped Tour is possible?
So you think there's a good chance of All Time Low, As it is, Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup, and Taking Back Sunday are doing Warped this year or were those stretches?
I remember not being really excited for the lineup in 2015 but it ended up being a great day. 11:15 Moose Blood 11:15 Silverstein 11:45 Escape The Fate 12:10 Riff Raff 01:05 Man Overboard 01:30 Simple Plan 02:00 PVRIS 02:30 The Wonder Years 02:55 Knuckle Puck 02:55 Attila 03:00 Senses Fail 03:25 blessthefall 03:25 Metro Station 03:45 Beartooth 04:20 August Burns Red 04:20 As It Is 04:50 We Came As Romans 04:50 Transit (acoustic) 05:20 Asking Alexandria
2015 was by far my least favorite lineup of the 12 years I've gone. It still had some gems, though. The Wonder Years, PUP, Senses Fail, The Dirty Nil, August Burns Red, Trophy Eyes. The main stage lineup was extremely weak imo aside from TWY and ABR. It also didn't help that my 2 most anticipated acts (Rotting Out and Ho99o9) both ended up dropping. 2005, 2009, and 2013 were probably my favorite lineups.
2015 is my least favorite overall too, but across the two days I went, it was fun. The Wonder Years make everything better.
Most of those played last year. I think I had Pierce the Veil, Architects, and The Devil Wears Prada on my list. I'm assuming they'll be touring overseas around this.
