    Im actually really surprised, and shocked I haven't thought of this until now.. WCAR isn't doing much besides a few fest this summer & probably a little tour surrounding that, pretty sure I got a guess or two who may open that as well.. but Daves side project Crucible coulda done the latter half of the tour as a poisden/cyclops band. since i'm 90% sure WCAR will do the full tour next year.

    Yeah I agree with your point, I do think this year definitely favors the heavy bands overall. I think he rotates the lineup every year. The odd years seem to be more heavy ('11, '13, '15, etc.), although '13 had a good variety, and the even years are more pop-punk and post-hardcore ('12, '14, '16, etc.).
