They generally only put the main stages in the pavilion when there's the threat of/actual bad weather. They don't typically do it in other situations because it means people generally camp out all day and don't venture out to check out smaller bands. They've done it in Maryland, too, most recently in 2013, I think.
Hi! We're playing Vans Warped Tour in SAN DIEGO on August 5! Tickets are up at Bitly | URL Shortener and Link Management Platform This is our only show on the tour! Take a close look at the poster for a set list hint ;) PS as Millenials, we are flipping today and celebrating our independence from every generation leaving us with nothing and blowing up our planet, let's stop separating our races, killing each other, telling people who they can and can't love, and what they can and can't do #punkrockindependence #realindependence
Been looking at that July 19th lineup and it seems like the only way for them to end the show at the normal time is if they have each main stage rotate with Cyclops and Poseidon instead of with each other. That's if you move the Ernie Ball winner to Cyclops or Poseidon as well.
It's more embarrassing when the tech started playing their backtrack to We Like It Loud way before they even got on stage.
Do I need to know anything about Mansfield next week? Any surprises since they announced the lineups way back when?
My date is tomorrow, so my friend and I are spending the day in Virginia Beach today since we'll need to be here anyway. I'm so excited!
Reminders for folks on what to bring: Sharpies Cord/Plug to charge phone water botttles and extra caps (for when they take the caps off of yours you have extras) sunscreen hat fully charged phone Cans to skip the line, right? What else?
Something to keep track of the schedule with. You can use the app and manually enter the times or buy a printed schedule for around $2.
If you plan on getting a paper schedule, bring a highlighter. It makes it so much easier. Also bring food if your venue allows it--sandwiches, granola bars, whatever.
Cane Hill are opening Insane Clown Posse's Riddle Box tour in the fall. In case anyone is still keeping track of post-Warped tours. Also I still wonder where they're going to fit both Monster stages in Scranton. The usual spot is barely going to fit one of the new, bigger stages. Let alone both.
