Under a week to go! Looking forward to Mansfield ad my free parent ticket! lol Now wheres the parents tent..... and the beer.
I dont like the idea of paying $10 for a beer, so it will be limited. Me? At age 40+ - who I want to see? Good question. Sum 41. After that, its whoever my girls want to see (one wants Sleeping with Sirens) and Id like to stay at one stage as much as possible.... and if thats journeys right (and left) that could work out good, since thats underneath the ampitheater at Mansfield (I think) and all the main stage ones are there, right? Whaetever meet/greats there are, the girls will go to, so I will to. Whatever free stuff is around, Ill get. (no. Im not watching chickens die like last year for $1.) Dunno. Between this one with both girls, the weezer/panic with both of them, and the blink 182 (with older one), Im gonna be toast by the end of July.
With the Architects tour being cancelled, does anyone think that Counterparts, Sworn In, or Make Them Suffer could be possible last minute late adds to the Monster stages? Possibly picking up dates that Atreyu and Volumes won't be at? Counterparts said they would have something planned to make up for it.
Either Counterparts or the lead singer tweeted back in the day how Warped was a joke so I don't know if they'd ever actually play.
Well than Sworn In and MTS is still a possibility. I would imagine that MTS had already purchased their visas/plane tickets and wouldn't want them to go to waste.
The Interrupters are great. Up there with who I am most excited to see with Cane Hill and Every Time I Die.
People seemed to be really into Too Close To Touch when I saw them on the Secrets headliner. They might have potential.
I'm going to say Broadside and Against the Current will definitely pick up tons of steam after warped
In terms of heavy bands who'll pick up a ton of steam after Warped, Wage War and Cane Hill are two bands that come to mind.
None of these bands mentioned have the crossover appeal that PVRIS does. None of them will be playing Lollapalooza or opening for FOB. I don't think there are any bands like that on the tour this year.
