Yep, it's just being efficient. Against Me played like 12 songs both times I ever saw them at Warped. Teenage Bottlerocket and Masked Intruder are good for 10-12 as well.

Flag played 25 songs in an hour (which includes the time they were off stage before their encore) when I saw them this month.
Going from 7 songs to 10 songs seems like a stretch to me. I watched a video of them pulling kids out of the crowd and bringing them on stage between songs.
