This is so beautiful.

 

Bar the first song, which is good, but a tad bland in my opinion - this album is just leaps and bounds above what I expected. Such a great progression of their sound. It's like this...funky, jarring, ethereal discordant compilation that sort of hovers over genres without committing to any for too long.

 

this is excellent. the rhythm section in particular is fantastic throughout, doesnt sound as mechanical as it has in the past. extremely groovy record.

 

also "new song" is a definite outlier for those who werent feeling it

 

I'm liking this a lot more than s/t. Pretty sure I'm gonna spend a lot of time with this!

 

Had the vinyl arrive in the post. That pink vinyl is gorgeous. What an album. Love that it included the single too - I wanted No Way Out for ages.

 

I'm not ready to say I like it more than the last album but it's really, really good

 

definitely my fave by them, listen to it constantly
