Kevin Feige recently said the character Ms Marvel would return back for another season after being in a film with Captain Marvel 2. So I think if a character has a Disney+ show then that will be their character’s medium unless in a supporting role in a film.
Only thing that will really disappoint me is if Pietro is just a random guy Agatha found. So i'm fully ready to be disappointed haha
I will probably hate this show if Pietro is a random person and not Xmen QS. I don’t really care about any of the other theories and if they happen or not
Yeah I mean it really sucks because this is the culture we live in now, but people get so wrapped up in their fan theories and what they want to happen that they can't just accept whatever eventually does happen and instead decide to revolt against it. We saw that a ton with The Last Jedi (at least, with regard to the people who didn't dislike it for racist/misogynistic reasons). I fully expect there to be a massive (and undeserved) backlash tomorrow to whatever actually does happen.
i would agree if what we got in the back half of this season was genuinely cool. but they’ve been teasing this for weeks to where it would kind of be the only thing salvaging the last few episodes. for more of the same and a tease that is pretty much nothing .... yeah, i’m gonna be pretty disappointed with this series. maybe that was on me for setting my anticipation too high
I was pretty disappointed in the Agatha reveal. I’m not a big fan of the character being used in such a way. If that’s the only “twist” and the last episode is just wrapping up the story I’ll be pretty disappointed overall. I don’t think the show is bad they just haven’t taken it far enough to where it could be with such an interesting set up.
I’m pretty pleased with this show. Have they addressed this opening the multiverse? I assume the last episode will do it fully. We’ll see though.
If I wrote it the show it would 100% end with some dumb kid looking at a snow globe imagining the whole thing
Find it hard to believe I'd be totally let down by the last episode, whatever they've got cooked up, but I've also been just like... watching it... and have no weird personal stake in where it goes lol
Whatever happens in the final episode I'm sure I'll love it because I've loved everything about this show thus far. And I've loved everything about this show thus far because it's been uniformly great throughout.
My only hope is that the Strange 2 setup doesn't keep the Wanda story at the core from reaching a satisfying conclusion. This is Marvel, so the setup is inevitable (even without all the quotes about this leading into that), but the top tier of Marvel films have struck a healthy balance. If this gets too close to Iron Man 2 territory, it'll really sour me on both this series & that film. Since the lows have been the most Marvel-y bits, I'm not excited for all the generic action I'm expecting, lol. Give me a couple good moments & no egregious moments, though, & I'll be satisfied.
My thoughts are that any Dr. Strange relation is gonna come at the end of the episode, like, if it's revealed Wanda wasn't in control and needs to learn magic, the final shot will be her heading into the Sanctum or something. I can't imagine them shoehorning in the movie too hard when there's been... really no crumbs leading to it unless you follow the behind the scenes stuff. But like you said - it's Marvel, they've done it clumsily before lol
