I think everyone is putting way too much stock into what’s going on in dr strange. I think the show will lead to into it obviously, but I don’t think you can make any assumptions about a character just because they don’t seem to be in multiverse of madness.
I admit that I def have but I can’t shake this gut feeling that Mordo or Nightmare is gonna show up. But that said, I can be totally wrong here and we won’t see shit. I’m also just super excited because it’s fun to speculate every week versus in between movies, it’s a new thing.
Latest episode was good. I really liked how they grounded Wanda in normality. One of the biggest surprises of the show was seeing Wanda just walk out upset and get into her car. Can't explain why I loved that so much, just a bit of humanity added to the craziness. Her powers initially in the comics were described as a "hex power". She basically had the mutant power to control probability, mostly negatively. That's been retconned now, though. So it's a call back to that in addition to the play on words.
I’m angry that it’s ending because I wanted a You’re The Worst parody and I don’t think they’re gona squeeze that into the finale
If they did cast someone extremely high profile for a role like Mephisto, it's genuinely impressive they've been able to keep it secret for this long. Also I'm still convinced we'll see Cumberbatch this week.
I’m sort of thinking the “big bad” won’t be directly tied to Agatha but will show up once she’s defeated.
If there's another big bad, it wont be revealed until a mid credit sting. Bit like Thanos in Avengers.
When they showed Bryan Cranston on the TV in the last episode, all I could think was... "WHAT IF BRYAN CRANSTON IS MEPHISTO???"
I feel like a big bad is going to appear. Agatha doesn’t seem like a big bad. She feels more of like a neutral character that just wants to find out how Wanda is doing what she’s doing.
I don’t think Agatha is gonna turn out to be “bad” in the traditional sense. Maybe more chaotic neutral.
