rewatched this with my partner's family and i think i like it even more now? definitely far from perfect, and the weakest in terms of flow and supporting characterization, but goddamn, it's a delight to see it all unfold, and a great depiction of faith-driven compassion (something you can't say about a lot of modern religious-adjacent art). O'Connor's performance might be my favorite in the whole series, followed closely by de Armas
Way, way better than glass onion. Better setup, cast, dialogue, mystery conclusion etc. Really enjoyed this one and i borderline hated glass onion. Still think knives out was the best but this was close.
Finally watched this. I liked how dark and more straightforward the story on this one was. There wasn’t a ton of silliness here which I enjoyed. Still think 1 is my favorite overall though
