the Target variant 15th anniversary Scott Pilgrim soundtrack arrived today and it looks pretty darn cool. a little disappointed Brie's Black Sheep isn't on there tho, but i can obv always find it online if i feel the need to

I think the backlash from I Am The Avalanche may have caused that when members said they had no part in it. I saw Take This To Heart Records do this before though, assuming they run Drive-Thru’s page also, when they released Saves The Day In Reverie some guy went nuts he wasn’t able to get a copy. Constantly posted and made posts how the label is terrible and don’t know how to do vinyl drops. I forget the user, but the funny thing is he owned an original so ‍♂️

 

Correct that’s my assumption too, plus some unfilled orders and complaints based on what I’ve seen

 

aw dang, the Target one is just plain orange. i generally prefer solid color vinyl but i don't like orange. oh well, i got it during a sale, so at least i saved a few bucks.

Probably got tired of people asking if the band was getting paid for this or if they’re just choosing to time this around a new album release.

 

So, I pre-ordered at this price and they just canceled it and charged me a different price. C'mon, Target. Don't be dicks.

 

Pretty cool they just quietly changed it instead of sending an email out to people who already bought it and were told it was "shipping next week" at the end of June.

It’s frustrating and they aren’t the only ones that don’t know how to communicate. Not hard to send out a few emails. They have our money.

 

Target raised the price on IATA on me and put it on back order. So cancelled and just bought from drive thru. Will probably end up doing the same for TSL.

 

Target MYAH is on "backorder" but still expected early august? so idk i guess i'll stick with it since i preordered during the sale and didnt have to pay for shipping
