I ended getting these on cassette tape just to have some type of "analog" versions of these lol..

 

I was SO happy to get Horrorscope in like 2020 when the last repress happened. One of my favorites in my collection!

 

Horrorscope also one of my faves in mine.

I just bought their record (here: A Dream Through Open Eyes - Vinyl) after I interviewed them this past week.

 

I used to work with David about 15 years ago at an Apple Store before he left to do music full time. Small world!

 

That’s so cool! The band’s singer said if they ever reach 500k followers on Spotify they will get tattoos of the band name (none of the members have tattoos currently) haha they’re close!

I think David plays bass in The Strike, he’s also done keyboards for Andy Grammer, Gavin DeGraw, and American Idol’s house band. He was selling iPhones and teaching GarageBand for a few months before he left to tour with someone whose name escapes me. What a small world.

 

The band mentioned some co-writing w/ Smallpools and also name-dropped Great Good Fine Ok...either of those?

 

Was lucky enough to have a friend hook me up with this since I missed it!

 

Fingers crossed they do something for the 25th anniversary of Horrorscope.
