My highest are Tegan and Sara - Get Along for $80 and Meg and Dia - Here Here and Here for $60. Huh, they're both sister bands On the lower side of things, I've checked out so many artists through blind buys during the extra 40% off clearance sales that my music taste is basically Urban Outfitters vinyl section
The Alchemy Index by Thrice is the most I’ve paid for a record, I think it was $65? Packaging is beautiful and it was well worth it. I was also given a copy of Takk… by Sigur Ros as a gift and I think that was around $55.

Codeseven – Go Let It In August Burns Red – Constellations (Orion Variant) Coheed and Cambria – Live At The Starland Ballroom Parannoul – After The Magic Initiate – Cerebral Circus Gel – Only Constant The Jealous Sound – A Gentle Reminder Thrice – Palms 180g and Grey Marble My Epic – Ultraviolet Showbread - ...is Showdead Further Seems Forever - How To Start A Fire (white first press) Manchester Orchestra - MMOG The Goalies Anxiety... - Ways of Hearing Bruit – Apologie Du Temps Perdu Hiroe – Wrought Ranges – Cardinal Winds
I… don’t even want to say what the most I have spent on a record is lmao. thankfully I usually am able to split the more expensive stuff with my partner and we very rarely spend the money all at once, it’s usually done thru Klarna or Affirm payment plans. my most expensive records: Adventure Time — The Complete Series Box Set At The Drive-In — Relationship of Command (2xLP Re-Press) Baldur’s Gate — Original Soundtrack Deluxe Box Set Mac Miller — Balloonerism Deluxe Modest Mouse — This is a Long Drive… (OG Press) Nine Inch Nails — The Downward Spiral (OG US Promo) Nine Inch Nails — Year Zero Radiohead — OKNOTOK (Deluxe Box) Radiohead — In Rainbows (Deluxe Box) Rage Against the Machine — Self-Titled (OG US Pressing) The Smashing Pumpkins — Siamese Dream (OG US Pressing) Third Eye Blind — Self-Titled (OG US Pressing) and with the bonus tracks! a crime not to have Damone on vinyl. I also want them to re-press SNW on 2xLP again.
I think my highest for a single record is $100 (40 Hour Train, Based On A True Story), but The Format's "whole shebang" bundle they did years ago that included everything they'd ever released was more than that.
Regarding cost I was willing to spend on a single vinyl, I needed blink - Dogs Eating Dogs badly. I'll leave it at that.
Not counting box sets (MxPx) it would be $125. I got both Leaving Through the Window and North for $250 in a package deal. Of course they were repressed a year later, oh well...
Most I ever spent for a face value record was $150 for The Weeknd’s House of Balloons. I was gifted Radiohead’s OKNOTOK box set. Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange was $85 shipped. Other than that most of my purchases are in the normal range because I never buy resell records

I think I paid 80 for you are the quarry by morrissey in 2016? I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than that
I think the most I’ve spent on a record was $100 for the white variant of Spitalfield’s Remember Right Now back in 2020. It of course wound up getting a re-press, but that wasn’t til like three years after I bought it, so still worth it imo
