what are we gunning for tomorrow? i only have jhene on my list, so i feel like it's not worth it to show up extremely early for the menu thing amoeba does--i'm hoping it won't be gone by the time i get there.
My local shop said they were gonna post the list of RSD titles they didn't receive but they haven't yet. Weezer already said there's gonna be a non-RSD version of their release so I'm not worried about missing that. Third Eye Blind and the Drive Thru comp are the only other two I'm looking for.
The only thing I'm looking for is Paramore; one of my local shops got 17, the other got 70. Both open at 5AM and I really don't feel like waking up that early. Programme (the one with 17) is also doing 20/25/30% off the rest of the shop so I may hold off and go later in the day and hope for the best.
Am going to show up at End of an Ear and see what they have around noon. Can't say anything is a must-have for me, but lotsa would-like-to-have's.
It's gonna feel kinda weird not chilling in line for RSD, but here we are. Nothing I really neeeeed. I'll check the RSD shelf in a few weeks and see what's left over and discounted.
I really want the Adrianne Lenker live album but won’t be able to make it to any shops tomorrow sadly. :(

Anyone doing RSD pick ups? I really want the Drive Thru comp for nostalgia reasons. Was my first introduction to this scene 25 years ago.
Happy RSD to those who celebrate! The only thing on my wishlist I'm worried about being able to secure is the Misfits. My local store wasn't able to get as many copies as they requested, so I'm likely going to be buying that online at some point because I'm not going in until later.
Didn’t make the drive to Dallas for it so gonna try and get Fall Out Boy and Brandi Carlile in the online drops tomorrow
Drove by White Rabbit Records (Fullerton, CA) and there were about 150-200 in line at 5:15am and maybe 30-40 at Programme.
Got in the record store about a half hour after it opened. Everything big is gone, so it’s pretty much turned into if you’re not in line a couple hours before, you’re not getting anything good.
yeah I saw the line at my small shop and came back hour later, only wanted Weezer and no dice. Oh well!
