another update: so not only is this replacement Hayley Williams record being delivered tomorrow, i'm not even sure if it's getting shipped to the right address. it's supposed to be delivered to my apartment in Iowa, but shipped from Anaheim all the way to South Carolina, meaning it's either being rerouted to Iowa at the last minute or the Sandbag representative accidentally sent it to my old billing address in Pennsylvania.
update: this is being delivered to an entirely different address on the other side of the country. they either sent me the wrong tracking number, sent it to the wrong address, or there was some error on USPS's end and the package somehow made its way to South Carolina. trying to get hold of Sandbag and USPS. i'm pretty pissed right now edit: looks like the package was indeed marked for a SC address, meaning Sandbag fucked up and put my name on a different address or sent me the wrong tracking number. either way, i'm pretty frustrated, as Sandbag's customer service has been really hard to get hold of and won't communicate information about my order without two or three inquiries. hoping to get this resolved soon, otherwise i'm just gonna pick up a copy from my local shop

i hope they get your order resolved soon! i did get to speak with someone from Sandbag who let me know that the prior correspondence i had with them had someone claiming a replacement order was shipped out to me, but that in reality, one had never been created. he went ahead and made a proper replacement order with my correct shipping address entered, although he said it will be a tiny bit of a wait because their warehouse is currently out of stock for the variant i ordered, but they're expecting more soon (exact time TBD). still a tad frustrating, but if it makes it to my doorstep before I leave for Christmas, i'll be happy
We ordered my niece her first record player - it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but tracking updated that it was delayed and arriving next week. No big deal, we’ll just deliver a little late. Urban put up their 40% sale and their version of it (with cute cat graphics) is the same price. My wife said “I think I’ve got an Urban account, I can order.” I said the same thing, “let me know”, she never mentioned it again. I ordered the UO one last night. turns out we both ordered it and the original one is arriving today. UO’s already in progress, so I can’t cancel it and just have to return it. Can’t wait to have three of them here.
