Wouldn't adding an extra layer of cardboard be practically the same? Using a record to reinforce another record in packaging sounds silly to me
I think it's a way to get rid of stock, stuff that's not selling. Like I ordered a Silverstein record back in the day and got that plus some Spanish band that I'd never heard of.
I’m so jealous of all of these targets that put vinyl on sale. One of the drawbacks of living outside Nashville is that everyone buys vinyl
Oh, I think the new Thrice is getting here tomorrow. Excellent. Will be a treat to jam after work, as it’s gonna be a rough shift.
Oh yea. I am probably wrong then. I only guessed Thrice due to where it’s shipping from. It’s where Downwrite is based. When I searched my emails, an older Thrice order was the only result. But, yes, shipping was estimated to be in November. Maybe it’s The Starting Line? I don’t know who TSL is shipping from.
I would have guessed TSL too since the product page did say shipping on or around 9/26 but Just Merch operates out of Phoenix. Downright (now called Armada) usually ships from Methuen, MA.
Met Natasha Bedingfield before the show got her record signed and met her after show in the exclusive pizza party shirts we got
I can't seem to find where that blue variant is being sold. I'll just pull the trigger on the marble red one on Amazon. $75 is so steep for a record, but damnit 2025 is the year I send Oasis all of my money.
