anyone ever cancel an order from merchbar? curious about doable that is. i submitted a request since i'm still waiting on my order from june, lol.

also looking back at what i've ordered from merchbar, i bought most of those records at other places in the months since.

 

Anytime i’ve wanted them to cancel they’ve done it pretty quickly.

 

You just have to ask. They are good with cancelling.

 

Just had an interesting variant mix up for the first time

I got Portugal the Man’s latest from Barnes and Noble on “Milky White”. Even the hype sticker says that. I opened it up, and it’s 100% clear. On Discogs there’s a clear variant but it has a slightly different album cover. Not sure which one to categorize mine under on Discogs!

 

The Fall of Troy self titled came in

 

My guess if they have different album covers is that is the milky white variant still. Sometimes there can be large differences in color like that across variants.

 

I have a spare sealed copy of Lowborn (I assume it's black), if you want to make an offer.

 

I finally have all my records in outer sleeves now. Well, except for Neighborhoods, it is too thick. It’s really weird. I was able to fit a sleeve on TEN’s triple album, but not Neighborhoods.

I guess I should invest in inner sleeves for the vinyl itself now. What recs does anyone have for those?

What's the better sounding wireless headphones option, AirPods Max or the WH-1000XM5’s? I am a heavy Apple user but not really sold on the APM’s. For wireless, I’ve owned Sennheiser and Sony’s in the past. I’ve read about a dozen reviews and perused “best” lists and I’d love a normal users opinion on this. If you like another wireless headset, happy to hear about those as well. Thanks.

 

I just bought the Bose Quietcomfort this weekend which has wireless AND wired options and I like them a lot. Plus, cheaper than the AirPods Max
