So, newer to collecting and this may be a silly question, but are lower # on the hand numbers more valuable than others? For example would 23/250 be more valuable than 182/250, or is it all the same?

IIRC (at least for Smartpunk), only the jacket sleeve is numbered so I don’t think it really matters.

 

some people really prefer specific numbers for whatever reason - you should have seen the amount of time people spent in the furnace fest bins looking for specific OBI strips that coincided to numbers they wanted.

but ultimately, i’d bet if there was a price difference, most would go for the cheaper option.

the only times where i think there could be an importance placed on a lower or higher number would be like… some records are numbered and the first 20 are white vinyl, then 21-100 are green vinyl, then 101-300 are blue vinyl, etc. but i feel like i rarely see that anymore!

 

Most record shop owners have told me that the lower the number of the stamp/hand-numbered version tends to be more valuable. But personally, having the same variant of a hand-numbered with a slightly higher number probably won’t matter much to people except collectors. If you ever snag a numbered version less than 10, that’s definitely worth hanging onto since I think heard somewhere the lowest numbers are reserved for the artist and their families. Not sure if that’s actually true, though! Haha

 

Didn't they say anyone who preordered part 2 would have early access to Pt 1? Whenever that is.... Haha

Personally one of my favorite Green Day albums hands down.

Some of their best songs on this bad boy. Church on Sunday is still one of my all time favorite Green Day songs.

 

The best Green Day album for my money.
