I just got a community update email from VMP and it sounds like what Bandbox sent out assuring everyone that everything was fine then they filed for bankruptcy. Anyone else get it? It’s too long to share.

I just got my last sub record from them (Nickel Creek's s/t, the final VMP Country album) and cancelled my subscription. I do not trust them given the recent communications. Shame, because their releases are still really high quality. But with the cost going up and all the consolidation happening with their different "tracks," I did not feel confident.

 

I wanted their versions of Check Your Head and 40 oz to Freedom that are allegedly dropping in October, but no way I'm trusting that I'll receive them. It really is a shame.

 

It's absolute insanity that they put this on vinyl - 101 songs / 30 seconds long each. lol
