I’m reminded of the Simpsons DVD sets where they switched boxes and S6 was only available in the giant plastic Homer head.

 

apparently there was a way to order a standard box iirc, lol

 

seems to be a Warner/Rhino release. sometimes this code works on their storefronts: CC24WMX15

update: never mind. i tried this and another Rhino discount code and neither seem to work.

just noticed. sorry about that. i know it worked for some releases (i.e. it seems to work on both Rhino and Joni Mitchell's storefronts for her latest boxset), but not all of them.

the two best box sets I own are the Bright Eyes and Sleater-Kinney ones (both on color of course haha)

 

i regret not picking up that S-K boxset. only started listening right after they announced No Cities to Love.

 

This still bothers me on my shelf lol
