TIL! I suspect at least some of those bands are underwater on whatever they signed back in the day too, wouldn’t shock me for bands to not make a dime off some of these releases. I remember asking Vinnie about The Movielife “Gambling Problem” repress and he had no idea if they’d ever get anything from them.

 

Got a copy of the new Memphis album on vinyl. Rice records is currently having a media sale where you buy one get one free with the code “arf arf” works on CDs too!



But as for this album, it’s 10 out of 10 every song hits. \m/

 

fun fact about that record:

spencer’s vocals are the from the demo they recorded for the album. He got sick before they went to record vocals and couldn’t do it so they were forced to use the demos

It's the Target one! A tad quiet, but overall great pressing.

 

nice i'll consider picking this one up, although i might also grab one elsewhere in the near future (my Target doesn't get a ton of new releases unless they're super huge artists)

 

I have the 360_brat exclusive picture disc arriving next week but I may pick up the Target or indie variant as well
