Dunno how many fans of All Else Failed are in here but I'm beyond stoked they're releasing their EP and 7" on a single LP.

The production is a little rough, but a remastered version of Plain White T's "Stop" would be fun too. We just hit the 20th anniversary of it a year or two ago though so probably too late for that one.

So my Early November acoustic EP was delivered today. Not the other two records I ordered from them. Just the EP. Who is running Take This To Heart? My goodness.

 

I would buy those This Day and Age and Umbrellas albums so fast. Could see Near Mint or maybe Steadfast pressing those.

Umbrellas was so damn good and it seems like everyone forgot about them.

 

I haven’t gotten any of my TEN preorders and they haven’t responded to me asking for an update. Love it

I think their stuff is all distro’d by Downright now which is why their ship times are abysmal lately.

 

Their shipping goes through Tragic Hero - not sure if they’re all the same company, but generally they’ve been quite responsive to me when I email them. Definitely noticed a drop in service in terms of shipping times as you say though and so think the manager I used to speak to has left.

 

Yeah the shipping is my biggest gripe. I’ve ordered stuff from them that wasn’t a pre-order and it still took 2 months to ship, and only after I bothered them about it.

I just sent an email to TTTH about my Rufio record ordered over two weeks ago and Joe Urban responded. He CC'd the shipping dept at Tragic Hero to provide an update. This is the second order I've had to remind them to ship to me. Based on others having issues in here, maybe time for a new fulfillment center?

I ended up requesting a replacement for TOCS and DTGL cause those sounded like garbage. If i recall, it took a very long time to get the replacements, but i'm happy with it now.
