I don't check insta much at all but I expect news about E. Von Dahl pressing here! I expect those are gonna go QUICK....unless there's a crazy amount of variants. There's a huge demand for those early albums.

I could do like $35/40 out the door for both? Depending on shipping

$50+ for standard yellow vinyl for Everclear. $60 for a 2xLP plus shipping for Beyonce. Good lord they are getting greedy.

i remember picking up Renaissance for $40 at Walmart. $20 extra for an album that's only a tiny bit longer, pressed on the same 180g vinyl with the exact same components as the first album is ridiculous. i might pick it up one day (because i do like the album), but not at this very moment.

Yeahhhh, as much as I'd like to own SFAAM, I don't think I love it $50 worth...

The only way I can justify that is if this is the only way to get it. If that’s the case, then it’s either paying that or $100+ on discogs when it sells out.

If it’s widely available - ehhh I can wait until I get a gift card.

    England.

This is meant to be an instant purchase for me…. Been waiting a LONG time. But $76 total for shipping to England… making me hold off on pressing that order button. Crazy.

someone buy these from me. I'm eager to sell because I need new headphones. The Coheed is unopened. I'll go below discogs. Here are the discogs link for each:

  20. Picked up the recent repress of Acetone’s self titled. $45 but I really haven’t added much to the collection this year. Well worth it, such a wonderful record and I earnestly believe it sounds better on this format

    England.

would have missed that! Thank you!

Have you ever had a liquid filled record before? Wonder if the sound quality diminishes at all. I’d assume not but I always wonder with these special ideas. I’ve been burnt by picture discs haha

I am truly confounded at the liquid-filled records thing. Just seems like a bad idea!

I don’t own any yet. Seems like a fun gimmick, but not something that’s either good for your turntable stylus (liquid moving around could shift the record?) or your shelf (if it leaks). That said, if they do one for a must have album I’ll probably grab a copy.

I may or may not have woken up at 5am to use the bathroom. Saw that, ordered it since that album has been on constant play since it came out a year and a half ago.

I just picture the liquid drying up at some point.

I remember rebuying the Takashi Miike movie Ichi the Killer on DVD because it was in this weird blood bag case. Needless to say years later, the "blood" dried up.
