Anyone have this Kallax shelf in the black-brown color?

I’m curious if it looks a little grey at all? I wish they had it in charcoal.

I have a smaller size a 4pc and 2pc cubes and they're black black.

 

Thanks, the sizing is perfect for the limited amount of space I have but all of my other furniture is charcoal / gray. I guess black isn’t too bad. I have a problem when things don’t match 100%. Haha.

 

Infant Island

 

Ah, got it! I knew I recognized the art but couldn’t place it.

 

I'm constantly getting the Infant Island, Broken Vow and awakebutstillinbed album art mixed up.

 

Having to pay (Urban Outfitters of all places) an extra $6 to get Kacey's deluxe cover after it sold out on her site isn't toooo painful, but it stings a bit. Just not a fan of the original cover

 

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! But yeah I get the feeling. All my stuff is black or super duper dark brown so I wouldn't want to get something of a lighter shade. Enjoy it though, they're great!

 

I think you win in the end because shipping on her site was like $15.

 

I think it was around $10 on UO, so it probably worked out to be about even

Glad it’s helping you get out of the depths. It can be dark and hard to see a way forward in there. It’s cool how albums can act as light roots along the way.

 

haha, i actually completed the depths and shrines a while back. just gathering Zonaite to fill up my battery. but from a figurative standpoint, yes, music is great for that.

 

Got my copy of PTW’s You Come Before You.

I’ll be honest, it’s a bit of a letdown without the original artwork. They didn’t even bother printing side A or side B on the thing!

Wish I would have just held out for a proper pressing and saved the money.

same. i somehow managed to unlock every shrine and lightroot without fighting a single boss. doing that next.

 

Glad suicide squeeze repressed this classic! The variant came out looking sick, can’t wait to spin it!
