Just noticed they have Vapor Transmission available, too. The nostalgia in me is very tempted to get these, but it's probably best I hold off for now.

 

My local shop is having a listening party event for the new Neil Young tonight. Which is odd considering the album is out today, so there's no "hear it before the street dare" appeal that 99% of listening parties have. I'm unhappy because that means more people, and I'm not good with crowds, and going record shopping was very much something I looked forward to since today has been pretty lousy.

Did anyone see that EVR is discontinuing the media mail option for shipping?! Ridiculous!

 

Not to jinx it, but I’ve never had media mail issues. That sucks.

 

I did have one record from them come completely jacked up (they replaced it and told me to not use media mail in the future), but that's the only time it's ever happened:

 

Same here. Since using. My proxy mailer the last 2 years it's made a difference in shipping costs and saving some bucks. It's been a little harder as of late with media mail going up in price.

But that sucks because EVR is one of the labels I order from the most.

But personally, no issues either!

I genuinely have no idea what happened. I've had Amazon records loose in plastic bags that have arrived with less damage.
