Reconnected with an old friend recently. He's good buddies with Brendan Murphy from Counterparts / END he also was Counterparts unofficial tour manager in the early days. Anyways we got on guestlist and saw END and Full of Hell last night. Us 3 went to a bar and had appetizers and they had drinks and just chatted, he's the nicest dude.

Picked up the tour variant of END's latest. This album is definitely top 10 this year.

 

Good reminder I need to give more time to this. Loved it the few times I listened. I’ve only heard good things about Brendan too.

 

I already love this album, and this just might get me to buy it on wax.

I am just clearing out a lot of collection - I like the album a lot I just know I won't spin it often.

i didn't get a chance to take a pic before i left PA, but my Silent Planet variant is... fine, haha. i got the Void Iris/red, blue, and black smush. side A was mostly black (save for a couple color splotches on the edges). side B was predominantly red with some blue in the center. figured it'd be consistent on both sides, but i'll live.

 

this is one album over the last decade I've had nerds hop in my discogs messages and ask me to sell my copy to them

 

My copy of LTTW is arriving on Friday. 3 days after receiving an email saying it won’t come until January lol

It bothers me how much I'm bothered by split seams. Why does every record I order come with split seams?

 

Because of the shrink records being in the sleeve and how it’s packaged

real ones ship records outside the sleeve in a poly bag shout out relapse

 

My buddy got MuteMath and the spine on his jacket was split. Felt so bad for him.

I have several that are split. Wrongdoers by Norma Jean is the one that irritates me the most, just because of the value of that record.
