I haven't been in the game long enough to have any white whales, if anything I'm missing a few cds in an artist's discography that are relatively easy to find and I just haven't put in the effort/money yet.

The Humanistic cover art was the wallpaper on my first desktop PC. Would love that one on vinyl.

There's a new AP album coming soon, and vinyl releases have been confirmed for Sublime Currency and Somnambulist, so I'm hoping we'll get the first two albums eventually!

 

Humanistic was so good. The label that put it is is super defunct, so I don't know how plausible a vinyl pressing would be. I don't know why it seems to be largely forgotten now. The new stuff is good, too.

today in "oh, i forgot i ordered that": my 7" of FOB's "We Didn't Start the Fire" just arrived.

 

I asked for a replacement for my copy of Coheed's IKSSE:3 because it got damaged in the mail, and they just refunded it. I assume because it's sold out that it can't be replaced. Is this the normal procedure for things like this? Guess I'll just live with the damaged copy.

 

Not a bad outcome. I don’t think it sounds great. I’d like my money back. Haha.

Yeah the mix seems off. Drums are way too loud. But whatever, I'm just happy to finally own a copy.

 

I guess I’ll take Loud Pizza’s no response to my email about Crash Love as a sign that I’m probably not getting it. Hopefully I can get my money back.

You’re welcome! I feel like they are a hidden gem of the ‘90’s and early ‘00’s. And I say that knowing they have a huge following. Haha. Check out their entire discography. So good.

 

I’m too lazy to go snag the photo, but Bandbox is doing a bunch of TBS albums tomorrow, I think. I have them all, so I didn’t pay much attention.

 

Got a “it’s on back order” from Merchbar, so I bet it’s a not coming from both …

TBS - New Again has only ever been pressed on black vinyl, correct? That's probably the only other album I'd want.
