Oh me too, any SR-71 or Graham Colton albums I would grab instantly.

Me too, have been jamming Drive alot lately. It's really good.

Butch Walker is my biggest collection from one artist.

Since i took this picture I have also added 2 x copies of Hey! Album and have the new Marvelous 3 record 'IV' on order. Butch also slip that ReadySexGo will be pressed, so I'll jump on that as well when it's available.

I have that one too. They seem to be on a little roll with repressing their albums, so maybe we get Three Dollar Bill and Results May Vary.

on a related note re: Discogs, are any other users having the app shit itself every time you open it? i think every day and a half, the app signs me out and says it can't sync my collection. it's like if i make any sudden moves, it does this.

My biggest current white whale is Kaleidoscope Heart by Sara Bareilles like some people have said. Someone in a Reddit AMA a couple years ago told her some of her albums have gotten insane and she said she’d do something about it, but nothing’s happened lmao, other than repressing Little Voice for RSD last year.

Have y’all ever gotten one your white whales? I searched forever for the soundtrack to The Last Five Years, even messaging everyone who publicly had it in their discogs collection asking if they would sell. They all told me no lmao. Finally, a year later, one of them messaged me saying they’d changed their mind and they would sell it for $125. Still the most I’ve ever spent on a single record.

someone here on chorus sold me the Anberlin boxset for less than $200 a year ago. eternally grateful for that.

That's what that variant of IKS is going for everywhere. I was on the fence because I'm not a fan of variant colors that have nothing to do with the album art, but that price sealed the deal.

Not sure if you were around earlier in the year but we had this conversation about white whales and I mentioned The New Frontiers "Mending". A day after mentioning that someone PM'd me saying they had a copy and would like to give it to me for free!

To this day, it still blows my mind!

Man if I didn't spend $120 on an older pressing (as well as $120 on Deliverance) I'd be all over this. If you're considering this just do it! My Music for Nations pressings sound phenomenal! I'm sure this'll be no exception!

Damnation feels like the perfect record for vinyl. Only $33 for the black version, might wait to see if Amazon or the local store are planning on getting it.

Discogs. RecordshopShibuya. Esentially it's HMV that still exists over there. I ordered Lisa Loeb there a few years ago and same thing, 2 days.

Be warned, its basically the UK recent represses with an OBI and a little booklet with the lyrics in English/Japanese. Also I got hit with $30 in duties. Which I wasn't surprised but *shurgs*

That's actually one of my white whales, so this is exciting! Plus, it means we'll probably get Deliverance sooner than later.

I bought a handful of Opeth albums off someone on reddit a couple of months back, so now after this repress I'll just be missing Deliverance and Heritage.

Very nice. I haven’t decided if I want prog rock Opeth yet, and currently only have Blackwater Park and Ghost Reveries, but those are two of my favorite metal albums ever, and Ghost Reveries is a perfect album in my eyes.
