i gots that forest green window variant, agreed sounds ace! he never repressed it because they both went to clearance back in the day, he would make a killing now on those old DTR releases.

 

DTR was pressing grails back then. Now it's mostly soundtracks that no one really wants... Well at least I don't.

Listen, I get it, but Leaving and North are 2 of my top 5 grails and have been for a long time. I refuse to pay resale prices.

 

IIRC DTR milked Hellogoodbye for everything they were worth once “Here In Your Arms” was a hit. They basically toured nonstop and the label released and re-released everything they could with the band’s name on it. Then when they wanted to be released, DTR wouldn’t let them so they had to sue. Needless to say, I’m sure Forrest is super pleased the Reines are still making money off of him.

 

The Starting Line and Movielife EPs broke this rule, but everything else pressed by Drive-Thru so far has been never before pressed stuff. It’s probably reasonable to expect this is the theme they’re aiming for and not to get hopes up too high for rare re-pressings

 

my only reference for Gob is that someone handed me a sampler CD of songs from Foot In Mouth Disease at Six Flags in like 2003
