My Sleep Token finally shipped, with an expected arrival of next Tuesday. Fortunately I pre-ordered the CD from my local shop, so I'll have it on Friday. And yes, I have a CD player in my hi-fi setup, too. Physical media forever!

Agreed. The only Copeland full length I'm missing.

I'd love to see the Dressed Up and In Line comp pressed also the Know Nothing Stays the Same EP!

That would be more exciting than I can say, haha. That EP was the first thing I heard from them after I heard YAMS. (I'm a relatively new Copeland fan (I first heard YAMS 10 years ago).)

my first was Ixora (which was a blind preorder, tbh), so i only currently have Ixora, Twin, and Blushing on vinyl. BMT on the way, Revolving Doors eventually. no clue if represses of IM, ESR, and YAMS will happen, but i'd love to get my hands on them.

What a fantastic album to hear as an introduction to a band! :-)

I think we'll probably see represses one day. Maybe for the anniversaries; that would be my guess. So...2025, 2026, and 2028. The last pressings for those were in...2014, if memory serves.

I remember reading an Alt Press review on BMT in 2003 when it came out and they basically trashed the album. I saw they were on TMG so I figured it couldn't be that bad.... Downloaded the album and fell in love with the album immediately. Went out and grabbed the cd the next day!

I saw them in 2004 in Toronto when they were direct support for Switchfoot. They played almost an hour and no one knew who they were except me and my friend who were singing along. We chatted with a few of them after their set. The drummer Rusty gave my friend his Beloved zip up because he kept yelling "Beloved sweater" occasionally between songs!

Saw them play Toronto every time they've come through to the last time they came to tour Blushing in 2019. Safe to say they're one of my all time favorite bands.

It makes me smile that folks are still into or just discovering BMT since they've evolved into something on a whole nother level!

That is so cool - what awesome memories! I was so stoked when they announced their return on 4/1/14. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

And one more, whoops. I honestly think this might slide in behind Astral Weeks as Morrison's crowning achievement. It's crazy that 3 of the 10 songs have never even been performed live!

And a little more color on Kalapana II, y'all gotta listen to this album closer. Three guitar solos, horns, awesome harmonies...I will be blasting this song all summer. Incredible stuff.

hahaha, the day they announced their return, i fell in love with Ordinary and hit the purchase button for the dual CD boxset, then spent the next several months diving into their back catalogue, falling in love with it all. glad i made the decision to listen when i did.
