I have placed many orders from them. It's a little weird because i never get notification of shipped package and it just shows up lol. The system is not the best, but i have always received my order. By any chance, did you register with their site? You can see order history on there if you did. But since you were charged, at least you have record of the transaction.

Not sure if it's already been addressed at some point, but the Taylor Swift RSD Exclusive Long Pond record will have 75,000 pressed. Double LP, grey variant, and priced around $47.

The 1975 Live With Orchestra will also be a double LP, clear, with only 2500 pressed. Priced at $50.
