My friend is selling her collection. I might be getting Ocean Avenue for $10. Holy shit.

Haha I actually did just offer her letting me let you all know what she has left if she can’t find buyers within her friends.

And I felt bad, so I threw in an extra $55 to slightly make Ocean Avenue feel less like I was taking advantage of her.

Record player has been out of commish for months since I very stupidly broke the needle trying to experiment with testing the weight. Had gotten kind of out of the hobby and bought less than 10 records in the last 5 years combined. Finally got it set back up with a new cart and some other tweaks and fuuuck I'm a little worried getting back into it is going to be pricy, it sounds so good and I assume will only get better if the cartridge breaking in thing isn't an audiophile myth.

 

I have a bunch of those that I haven’t even listened to yet haha

 

Pretty bummed I miss the restock of Tyler, The Creator - Igor. Had it in my cart multiple times but was never able to checkout.

 

thinking about doing this for an eventual wedding invitation...

Those bands are so inconsistently made lol some are looser than the others

Love em. I have one for each of my Daphne Loves Derby albums, but I don't want a whole vinyl collection with them so I think I'll keep those special.

 

Kind of bummed the glow in the dark and galaxy variants of FOB’s newest sold out before I even saw them. I know glow in the dark sounds like trash but I always wanted one just for the novelty

 

Grab one of your other records and put glow in the dark paint all over it. It will still sound like trash, but problem solved.
