Got my order from MerchNow I've been waiting a while for. They messed up and sent me the wrong Wonder Years album so that has to go back but here are the other pickups.

 

That Moose Blood press is gorgeous! Damn.

 

Ya I'm really happy with how it came out. I've been wanting it for a long time and when I saw this pressing I couldn't resist pulling the trigger. Sounds great too.

 

This is why I feel like there needs to be a sub-forum for vinyl. You can make a sale/trade thread, and you can discuss and create threads up upcoming albums and what not. That way we don't have to bog down the music forum.

 

Someone else on here recently was talking about moving vinyl. Good lord do these get heavy.

 

I hate that No Sleep uses MerchNow now. It used to be a fifteen minute drive for Warehouse Pickup.

It saddens me the sate of No Sleep. I used to love that label.

 

The Julien Baker repress showed up on my doorstep today. I love this album so much.

It takes everything in my power to not buy every version of this record, they're all so gorgeous. I got the green vinyl a few months back and that'll have to suffice until I'm rich and can afford to spend money on the same thing over and over because it's pretty.

 

I picked that up for about 50p a year or so ago at some record fair. It's quite a nice novelty.

 

I bought the 2016 No Sleep vinyl subscription. You know how many releases I've seen show up so far? 1. And it's a shai hulud EP. I emailed them a few times about even just getting a copy of the wonder years 2xLP they just repressed as a token of good faith. All I got was an email saying I could either take "some store credit" or I could wait it out. Definitely not happy at all.

 

Heads up. SRC vinyl is having flash sales this weekend, so I'd recommend following them on twitter to keep up. So far they've marked a couple of Get Up Kids' records down to $5 and Bleed American to $10. Both sold out within an hour or so, but it looks like they'll be doing more like that all weekend. Good luck!

 

What was the deal with that again? Didn't they charge a couple hundred bucks or something and then the idea was they'd just mail you all their releases as they came out?

 

Picked up a gorgeous clear/white marble variant of Love You to Death on a whim last night, very pleased with it Barnes and Noble has The Con for like $13.99, so that's next.

 

Exactly. This was their big ten year anniversary so they were promising big things. Half the year is done and for $250 I got one EP.
