Until U Turn fixes there belt issues, I will preach that theyre overrated.

 

What’s wrong with their belts?

 

Just went to the Analog Record Shop in Tustin, CA and got 4 random 7 inches.

I’ve decided this is my new thing haha. When I travel, find a local record shop and get a couple cheap punk/indie 7 inch records that look cool.

 

Usually extremely slack. You have to put the belt in the freezer to have them tight enough.

 

I’ve never had a problem with mine. And I haven’t even replaced my original belt yet.

 

Be glad you got a good batch haha

In that same price point, check out the Fluance. I decided to get the RT-85 and I felt it was a much better bang for my buck than a maxed out uturn. It’s not as nice as the Regas but it’s plenty good enough for me.

Anyone collect 45s? I’m trying to get rid of a bunch of my old singles I’ve collected over the years to make room for new stuff.

Mostly 1960s-80s stuff, some 90s stuff too. I have hundreds of them. There’s stuff like Hall & Oates, Frank Sinatra, Rolling Stones, etc. Pretty much everything is popular stuff I assume anyone would know.

I’m thinking I will put around 25 random ones into boxes and sell them for around $20 each (which includes shipping.)

Wish they announced it when they actually had them available. Some major holes in my collection could be fixed by this, pending they press enough copies.
