I feel like any fan of Moving Mountains would be really into this album. I haven't listened to them in years.

Back to no movement of my I-Empire. It’s been 11 days since I got the shipping notification. Why do I have this sinking feeling it got damaged and they’re just delaying letting me know?

 

If it's Athletics. I'm stoked! Pretty sure it is. This is a top tier Emo/Post Rock album imo. I wouldn't have expected PGR to jump on the Deep Elm train but I'm glad. They need a break from all the mid pop punk they've released recently. Not that they're bad, but this is huge!

it's 1000% athletics. I could not be more pumped and did not see that one coming at all.

Happy for Cartel being able to do what they’re doing right now, but there is a part of me that is kiiind of annoyed that many of us have been waiting 10+ years for a pressing of Chroma with the version of Save Us we know and love, and when they finally have the opportunity to deliver the next closest thing, they move another song on the tracklist around

 

So the new Yellowcard is going live tomorrow? Presumably when the new song drops?

Fun fact: That’s the OG order of the album as they intended it. Label changed it last minute on them.

Yep, IIRC Rory moved "Matter of Time" because he thought it should be a single.

 

i just thought the save us song was a different version from when the album got re-released on epic from the militia group because my version is the piano OG version. i thought the tracklisting was the same on both versions

 

and now Rory is selling other people's songs as NFTs

 

The album advance/band preferred version of the track list had "Matter of Time" later in the sequence. "Save Us" was changed to the new version on the Epic release, but had the same "Matter of Time" as track four.

The 2025 version is as the band originally wanted it. I haven't heard "Save Us" yet so I don't know how it sounds.
