Does anyone use the discogs app to catalog your collection or is it just easier to do it through the website? I've been doing through the website but figured I could do it trough my iPad and could watch tv while doing it. Also do custom columns show on the app?

 

The app lets you scan barcodes. Doesn't work 100% of the time but is a great feature.

 

I just use the mobile website.

 

I wish paramore would give a date for when the After Laughter Vinyl go on sale.

 

So I used the app and one thing I didn't like is that it seemed to hide the pressing information in terms of what press it is and how many were produced but in a couple I found the exact information in the actual discogs website. Part of that problem is I like to download the .csv so I've created custom fields to add that information into my collection page so it's all viewable without clicking on each link

 

Seriously. They announce that vinyl will be here in the summer, then announce it's finally here and don't give a date lol. It's been over a week and I'm way too impatient, especially because I'm afraid I'll miss out.

 

Woke up an hour late for that VM,P sale and somehow half the shit was already sold out (no offense, Jay Som, but how did Everybody Works go so fast?), but still grabbed a few good things.

I didn't realize VMP even had a sale, but I'll have to hold off for now. I'm just waiting for Paramore, I'm probably going to try to grab every variant for it. Hoping they finally put that up this week.

Finally caved on getting The Devil & God over the weekend. Just on black, didn't fork over a fortune for a colored pressing. I'm also (im)patiently waiting on Paramore for this week along with like 10 other things that I'm hoping will get announced this upcoming month.
