Went with the Jet Ski variant for Turnstile. Both green and pink and were sold out by the time I got to the site, but I think I would’ve picked Jet Ski anyways cause it best matches the album vibe.

also really tempted by that blue hoodie.

In other news, still wondering where the Gratitude LP is. Thirty Something went all quiet.

 

Yeah they're typically a quiet bunch. It'll come don't you worry. I need that as well since I slept on their pressing of that year's back.

That MM / Prawn split has my favorite MM songs on it. The beginning guitar on Deathless just reminds me of Goo Goo Dolls. I love it.

 

My best guess is it's because of the crazy re-sale value of the Long Pond Sessions on Discogs from a few years ago. That was "limited" to 115,000 copies, including 75,000 for the US / North America, and the cheapest you can buy it from a legit U.S. seller currently is about $250 before shipping.

TL:DR version is re-sellers suck.

My local shop posted yesterday that they've already gotten dozens of calls about the Fortnight record and they only got allotted 14 copies for Saturday. No holds- first come/first served.

 

i'm looking at the RSD list again and the only thing i kiiiinda want is Laufey. ofc the one year i'm not busy i don't want anything

 

For RSD. Big one for the local Southern Ontario scene. Where Dine Alone all started. Hoping they put leftovers up after RSD.

I remember seeing them in small venues with the likes of Alexisonfire, Silverstein and BNO.

 

Would love to own the MM / Prawn split. But maybe more than that, I want new MM, however it sounds.
