    Regular

I picked up a reissue of that Elastica debut recently, came with a cool booklet/fanzine. Such a fun album (even if they did rip off wire).

Any advice on a good all-in-one or furniture-esque record player? I'd love to get back into this, but I can't do a set-up with a receiver and speakers and speaker wire and all that for the sake of my family, haha.

gotcha. i'm hoping the alt cover ships soon. i know those who ordered the liquid-filled sleeve variant got an email saying that one was delayed by 3 days (shipping on 3/10). since it uses the same gatefold as the one i ordered, i'm hoping that one isn't delayed either.

yup! i'd love to have this by early next week if it ships out today. i live in PA, so the turnaround from their warehouse (i believe it's in NY) should be quick

Honestly most indie shops that do pre-orders should ship them out early to ensure everyone can listen to the music at the latest on the street date. Normalize shipping out stock when it's received! haha

tbh, i'd be genuinely surprised to see a Target stocking enough copies in-store for this. i remember my local Target got like 2 copies of Knocked Loose when it dropped, and maybe 3 total of Brat? definitely try to pick it up if you can though, it looks sick

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the Anberlin NTFP/Copeland In Motion tour started two days ago.

Aaron from Copeland mentioned on IG they'll have some In Motion vinyl on tour (not shipped to them yet apparently), and then there will be some online in the next few weeks!

Pro tip: If you place a same day pickup order from a Target store for a vinyl record that is showing "in stock" in store and the store runs out of items (or in some cases can't find it) Target will give you the option to ship it to you free of charge (instead of the +$35 threshold). The more you know...

For that Copeland - In Motion repress, I'd love a disc 2 that includes the Know Nothing Stays The Same EP. Some of the best covers on there. You can charge me $45 for that.

    Pick ups and mail days.

The Maine haul, Sparta and a little bit of Lainey Wilson (I've found her albums very catchy lately).

Lastly, it hits streaming tomorrow (finally) but check out a little known canadian emo band called Filmmaker from Estevan, Saskatchewan. Very reminiscent to early Jimmy Eat World, Weakerthans, and old Moneen. Their album Invitation to an Accident is one of my all time favorite albums. I still got the CD and always wished it'd get pressed. A Toronto label called We Are Busy Bodies who presses lots of Canadian indie, alt rock bands from the 90s finally made the dream happen!
