Been trying to look for a copy of The Backseat Lovers - When We Were Friends. Looks like I missed a repress last summer and now the secondary market is about $100 and up. Yikes.

 

The copy I ordered forever ago just shipped in the past few days.

Agreed on Santi, I just don't want that boring ass silver.

 

I had no idea that Santi was going for such a high price. It's their only album I have on vinyl cause it's a my favorite, but damn that's some crazy pricing. I distinctly remember when I purchased that one. Hope that repress happens soon!

To be fair, sales on Discogs for this album have been really all over the place. There are a couple that sold recently for crazy money.

 

Yup! Popped up on Discogs for $65 so I jumped. Only ever seen it for $100+.

 

10 years ago I got free copies of Welcome Oblivion and Hesitation Marks on vinyl, and when I got desperate for money I sold them for I think 10 bucks each. Along with Beyonce's self titled and Justin Timberlake's 20/20 Experience.

God, I hate myself sometimes.

 

Yikes. I got Santi late last year for way cheaper than that.
